I'm very proud to forward these great pictures of us working this year with the handicap children of the Texas Lions Camp in Kerrville, Texas. We are able to see and work with some 80 to 90 kids and approx. 60 counselors this year. Again, a special thanks to everyone that supported this now ten year program we started at this camp for these kids. Without your help it would be impossible. Sincerely, Keith Wills

Well you missed a good one if you missed this hunt. The lake is down some 8
feet and most hunted the exposed bottom, where some 30 gold & silver rings
were found; what a hay-day it was. Hands-full of coins were found
everywhere, jewelry was plentiful and there were many smiles on many hunters
faces. We had a great lunch of hot dogs, chips, beans and someone made a
great fruit salad (my favorite) at the campground pavilion on top of a hill
over looking the beautiful and scenic lake. To top it off, we were visited
by Allan Holcomb, Mr. White's son and Tom from the Whites Metal Detector
factory in Oregon. They were in the area and decide to visit our club
outing, what a excellent surprise. We all had a super great time and are
looking forward to many more such sites for club outings this year. It pays
to be a member of the Rusk Co. Treasure Hunters Association! Here are some
pictures of the folks and their finds, attached.
Good hunting, Keith Wills, president

The 6 Amigos Hunt was a hunt sponsored by six Northeast Texas Treasure Clubs from Dallas to Shreveport, LA. The purpose of the event was so we would get acquainted with all our fellow thers in the area and enjoy a fun day of hunting together. Many folks attending are members of two or more of those clubs represented of the six. Yet it was still great to meet those some of us had yet to get acquainted with until this event. I am sure this will become an annual event each year. Hopefully other clubs across the country are doing the same, it is the first steps to becoming a stronger unified force when it is needed.
Represented in this event are the clubs:
Golden Triangle Explorers Society of Dallas, TX.
Lone Star Treasure Hunters Association of Irving, TX.
Cowtown Treasure Hunters Association of Ft. Worth, TX.
Rusk Co. Treasure Hunters Association of Henderson, TX.
Smith Co. Treasure Hunters Association of Tyler, TX.
East Texas Treasure Hunters Association of Longview, TX.
